Would you like to lead the delivery of important IT projects for Group Brand, Communication and Marketing (GBCM)?
Your main responsibility is to bring value to our business partners and customers by driving and leading change in a complex IT delivery landscape catering for both Agile and traditional IT deliveries.
GBS Technology is a Tech Area in Nordea Technology with the purpose to deliver tech services to our business stakeholders but also drive the business process automation agenda. We have a strong business and customer focus and actively engage with delivery partners to deliver value thru technology. We are looking for an IT project manager to drive change activities for GBCM that are mostly related to SaaS-solutions.
What you'll be doing:
* Driving change initiatives including managing software vendors to deliver on the business objectives and / or leading the development team(s)
* Translate business needs to tangible project objectives and solutions
* Manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner
* Reporting on budget, progress, risks according to Nordea processes
* Proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery
* Supporting the initiatives in removing impediments and blockers to secure delivery
* Inspire, motivate and coach team members, establish continuous improvements and encourage a growth mindset
* Building high-performing teams, foster collaboration and steering teams towards the culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
* Together with the teams create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion and good communication

You'll join a great team of professional Execution Leaders. The role is based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Poland Tricity or Warszaw.
Your experience and background:
* A proven track record in IT project management or facilitation of complex Agile initiatives
* Certification in Project / Programme management and/or Agile delivery methods is most beneficial
* Understanding of IT process and the software development lifecycle
* Experience from software vendors, vendor management (RFP etc) and SaaS solutions
* Experience from MarCom area
* Strong stakeholder management skills including good business understanding
* Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues
* Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT relevant field
* Fluent English
