S
enior Project Leader - System Design SW & HW
Do you have solid and well-proven experience from development and tools and urge to improve how to structure and configure the product. Do you wish and like to be the person who takes the lead to do a real change. Then you might be the right person to take on the challenge to support and lead to a better PMT.
Software is already a large part of our cars today and it continuous to grow - both from a volume and complexity perspective. To keep up with these challenges VCC continuously need to define more efficient way of working. We have a challenge in the complexity growth in SW & HW and the number of coming project, we need to further develop our way to structure and configure our product. We are facing changes in the near future to a more scrum and SAFe based way of working.
Main responsibilities
Internal
* Drive Project and the System Design Team within R&D and join annual studies, OD projects.
* Support concept studies.
* Recognized as a go-to person re System Design and how to structure the product.
* Secure succession by proactively provide mentoring and coaching.
* Deliver education material and carry through education.
* Establish/maintain network(s) within the area to increase knowledge about configuration and Product structure.
* Support in contact with tool suppliers and purchasing.
External
* Establish/maintain research network towards companies, academia.
* Follow and participate when necessary in standardization work.
* Follow and participate when necessary in seminars, conferences.
Required qualifications
* Minimum Master Degree or equivalent within relevant field.
* 10 years of experience in Development,
* Demonstrated capability and willingness to teach / coach / mentor
* Documented high level of communication skill and presentation techniques
* Demonstrated initiative and capability to drive project.
* Experience of tool chains, e.g. TCr, Elektra, KDP
* Experience of project management, including agile methods (e.g. Scrum and SAFe), configuration management, test management, and QA.
* Ability to drive, motivate and convince. Easy to communicate with people
* Fluent in English

* Analytical and structured.
* Great communication skills.
* Leader with self-managed, while being a good team player.
* Positive mind set.
* Interest in developing methods and processes.
