hela Sverige Co-pilot to the project manager to ensure focus on the achievement of the financial goals of the project. Provides all required financial information about the project.
Support Project Management, control the monthly margin realization, monitor & support the EAC change process, support project planning, and ensure that Bombardier accounting guidelines are respected.
Single point of contact for all financial issues relating to the specific project portfolio controlled. Close monitoring of the project deliverables.
Early assessment and measuring of financial impact of risks and opportunities with regular follow ups on action plans.

YOUR TASKS
• Ensure that project calculations reflect current status of project, TAC approved and proposed in Global FORE, preparing EAC change requests.
• Input and updating of project calculation in Global FORE and local system (ERP)
• Review and Analysis of variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in monthly Reporting - especially Revenues, Margin and Cash Flow, Risk &Opportunities and Contingencies
• Make financial situation transparent to the Project Manager and Project Core Team
• Prepare and present current status and alternative scenarios of projects
• Lead Core Team members in financial meetings and support them achieving their targets
• Contribute in Risk & Opportunities discussion and following up on action plans
• Responsible for customs, VAT, Receivables and payment control.
• Cash-Flow Management with strong focus on cost optimization
• Support commercial affairs of internal partners, i.e. check of inter-company Sales and Purchases (interco matching)
• Provide input parameters for Bid Approval Process and support Blue Book tender activities for variation orders
• Support Risk & Opportunities assessment by quantifying/assessing project-related exposures/opportunities on an ongoing basis and follow up on the action plans
• Involvement in implementation of new systems (Primavera, SAP).
• Ensure collaboration with sub-site controllers and key stakeholders
• Finance degree (bachelor, master) and relevant professional related qualification
• 7+ years relevant work experience
• Experience in Accounting, flair for rich data, complex business environment understanding and business acumen is desired
• Financial analysis, strategic planning and reporting
• Good analytical skills.
• Open minded, easily adaptable, self-motivated with good time management skills
• Developed strong communication skills
• English business fluent is mandatory for this role
• Swedish language knowledge is considered nice to have
