We are currently requiring a Senior Project Architect to lead the Interior Design team.
As the Senior Project Architect, your main duties will involve the supervision and coordination of all members of the design team, including Architects, CAD Draughtsman and Interior Designers. It will be your mission to lead, manage, delegate and motivate the design team to achieve the successful and timely completion of the project to the high standards set. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and be expected to provide weekly reports and updates on all stages of the project undertaken. You may also be required to liaise with the client direct and provide feedback on the relevant progress foe various stages of the project.
As the ideal candidate you must have a minimum of ten years' post-qualification practice experience with job management. Commercial experience is essential with particular reference to hotel developments. You must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills to represent the practice at all levels. You must have an excellent working knowledge of IT in particular, CAD & management software tools. We are looking for individuals who are able to bring an added design flair to their expanding teams and who want to work in a lively environment alongside like-minded people.

Over Time For all senior positions, there will be no compensation for over time.
Language knowledge Fluent English (working language). Other languages can be an advantage.

Living Design welcome Intern architects and interior designers who are a professional-in-training, developing the skills necessary to design, document and administer a Turnkey project. As such, the Architect Intern will perform a wide variety of roles, assisting in many job functions while gaining the necessary experience. By the time the Architect Intern has qualified to take the professional examination, he or she will be expected to perform the functions normally assigned to an Architect/ Interior Designer.
