We are expanding our Electromobility group and are looking for a Senior Project and Commodity Buyer Electromobility - Energy Storage System.

The area of Electromobility is characterized by a dynamic environment with fast moving technology, new business models, varying demands from customers and a full focus on sustainability.

You will focus on segment strategy implementation for an assigned portfolio within Electromobility and make sure that the segment strategy is implemented through the selection of the right suppliers. That means:
You will be leading all purchasing activities related to involvement of suppliers in technology development projects.
During the project phase main focus will be on continuously securing supplier QDCFTSR performance. QDCFTSR = Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management.
You will also be responsible for production and after production. You will monitor, identify and mitigate risks within the supplier base and drive negotiations and execute contracts with suppliers.

You like to do business; you demonstrate superior communication skills and you are comfortable in cross functional and multicultural set-up
You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with counterparts

You are self-driven, responsible and dependable
You have the willingness to learn from others and share best practices
We also believe you have an adequate academic education and proven experience from the area of purchasing with a negotiation background. If you have experience within the Electromobility segments and the automotive industry that is also an advantage.
