In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead large and complex programs in an agile environment and guarantee that the deliverables meet defined quality standards and ensure milestones are met.
• Work with adaptability and problem solving.
• Play a leading role in Group Cards and Payments transformation journey.
• Take own initiatives to continuous improvements and drive change.
What is needed in this role:
• Management of Complex Programs by manage and lead large projects throughout the project lifecycle - from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Strategic Consulting and organizational design by acting as a strategic advisor and design the project organization based on competence and resource needs.
• Leadership and communication by inspire and motivate the program team and communicate goals and expectations to all stakeholders.
• Agile team management skills and experience/certified SAFe license it is an advantage.
• A prestige less, transparent, and positive attitude.
• Very good communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• A relevant University degree or equivalent.
