As part of our strategy to further automate and digitalize our supply chain we are looking for a Senior Program Manager Operational Technology who can develop and implement a new program to strengthen the area of Operational Technology as a part of our digitalization strategy. You will harmonize and lead the Operational Technology core elements for Global Hygiene Supply Personal Care and drive the implementation of developed digital capabilities.

Whether your role is to create a harmonization in the sites, drive reapplication, protect our critical information systems and assets, or manage a deployment of new digital solutions, your leadership skills and OT understanding will be recognized and rewarded.
In this role you will report to the Vice President Manufacturing Excellence. You will manage an international team of direct and indirect reports. The location of the position can be any of our sites/offices preferably in Netherlands, Sweden or Germany.



Main Tasks
The Senior Program Manager Operational Technology has the overall responsibility for driving and monitoring the OT program across plants in Product Supply Personal Care across the Globe. As this is a new role the first steps will be to develop and define the program together with different stakeholders.
In this role you support setting of and monitoring targets and plans, and you drive best practice sharing across plants. You will have ultimate accountability to ensure that the sites are capable to be - at all times - safe, compliant, secure and prepared for further digitalization.

Develop the Manufacturing Excellence Operational Technology program for GHS Personal Care
Implement and manage the Operational Technology program across the Globe trough coaching, site support, best practice sharing and knowledge transfer.
Lead harmonization/standardization of systems
Covering devices / PLC / MES, machine network, user interfaces, OPC, SCADA/HMI/etc.
Be continuously connected to the sites, be aware of Best Practices and drive the Best Practices sharing
Manage capability development and knowledge sharing.
Align and develop the way forward for OT, together with other business areas and relevant stakeholders
Stay abreast with state of the art practices and drive continuous benchmarking internally and externally
Secure compliance of the sites to defined Industrial Security norms
Be the key interface towards IT defining the needs related to your area
Drive, train and coach implementation of new digital solutions throughout GHS PC
Secure global control over digital devices
Drive life cycle management of OT solutions
Secure developed solutions/systems are maintained by the organization (local/central)
Be an ultimate Role Model for Safety

Key Competencies
University Degree level within relevant practice
Broad and documented experience from industry in manufacturing operations
Extensive Operational Technology understanding and willingness to quickly develop deep expertise.
Pre: Experience managing applications and infrastructure components in a production environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a 'start-up' type environment. This area needs to be developed from the ground. Demanding for entrepreneurship and networking in addition to experience.
Proven practice of International leadership
Problem solving and continuous improvement attitude
Excellent communication and influencing skills regarding external and internal relations
Ability and willingness to coach and train
Proven ability to turn theory into practice in multicultural environments
Willingness to travel (approx. 50-60 % of time)
