What do we offer?
Operations Planning belongs to Industrial Operations & Quality cluster; we are responsible for production planning, order management and capacity management. Focus is on delivering operational excellence within these areas, as well as driving change within the order-to-delivery process to shorten lead- times, improving delivery precision and increasing production stability.
The Value Chain Management team are a team with a holistic and broad senior competence within business transformation and operational development together with a high team spirit. You will be part of a dedicated team that handles complex global challenges in a dynamic and fast-moving business environment with many different interfaces, internally as well as externally. Our focus is the new order-to-delivery system, a new approach to planning and ordering to meet online direct & retail sales, all supported by extensive digital development. What you'll do
You will be the owner of a new advanced smart planning tool; this is next generation of planning tool that will give insight and collect data from customer requirement upstream and transform this to enable our online direct sales to a perfect match.
To take this exciting tool to next level it requires you to show high ability of business understanding combined with a superb analytical skill, working as program manager and product owner at the same time. You will play a vital role to carry out ensuring a full range of activities from business, concept design to solution implementation, and ensure a smart planning tool for the future operational phase.
Beside this you perform change management and communicate within all levels in the company around your purpose to ensure smart planning are known and understood, which includes that you spend time with preparation of management or communication material. So, by this said, in shortly you will be the driving force in the development of our future, where smart planning tool are one key to our success.
You and Your Skills
We see that you have extensive experience in carry out large-scale programs and that you bring experience & proven business knowledge from at least two different areas, within either: sales planning/operations planning/national sales company, commercial systems, industrial systems, Digital (IT).
We think that you are an experienced problem solver with strong analytical skills, and a healthy dose of creativity when needed. You are a person that can make sense of numbers and create a final recommended outcome that can be understandable for all and everyone.
You should be able to grasp the high-level concept of technical solutions being developed in order to understand how they can be applied in business. Also you ought to have the capability and technical skills to understand the product and by this can set a direction for development of product.
We also think that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to convey messages on all levels, finding yourself comfortable in a constantly changing work environment and excited to realize business outcomes based on digital solutions. Most likely, you have a business or technical master's degree but most of all you will contribute both with excellent skills and sprit to the team.
