We now intend to increase our long-term production capacity in the Nordic region and are planning to build a new highly automated production facility in Sweden. For this project we are looking for an experienced Senior Program Controller.
Senior Program Controller
Nobia has recently conducted a Group strategy review for the next years based on high growth opportunities requiring increased production capacity and improved flexibility to drive profitable growth and further strengthen the Group's competitive power. The Nobia Board of Directors has made a directional decision to build a new highly automated production facility in Sweden. This will be Nobia's biggest investment to date and one of the most modern factories in Europe. The total investment in new production equipment is estimated at approximately 2 billion SEK during 2020 - 2023. The factory is expected to be in full operation by 2024.
As our Senior Program Controller you will be part of the project organization, reporting to the project's Program Director. Throughout the project, you will be expected to:
• Ensure financial control and management.
• Ensure the financial follow-up of the project with a developed control model, routines, working methods and follow-up.
• Create the conditions for the decision-makers to make risk-aware and fact-based decisions.
• Continuously update the Board of Directors and stakeholders with reliable financial information based on correct analyses.
• Provide support and act as a sounding-board to the Program Director and provide support and critical challenges to the project organization leaders.
Throughout the construction project you will have a central role as part of the project management team, preparing material and presenting reports to the steering group, A2 Board. Location: Jönköping.
We are looking for...
• a senior professional having at least 10 years' experience of Business Controlling. During your career you have most probably worked with project management and follow-up in similar construction projects or in major factory development projects. Any previous experience of working with manufacturing Supply Chain, production economy and controlling will be considered as an additional merit.
To be successful in this role you must be independent and pragmatic and able to navigate within Nobia's organization to build relationships and the structure required for your area of responsibility. It is natural for you to work based on a strategic and overall perspective while at the same time being operational and hands-on when required.
