Job scope/summary:
We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Senior Professional Application Developer with high expertise in the Banking & Insurance industry and its processes. As Senior Professional Application Developer you will lead customer Agile application development to ensure that sprints meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer applicaton development. Manage corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. You will be responsible for business as well as team management.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage customer Agile application development in large/ complex/ multiple regions or global projects
• Support business development: identify and develop new opportunities with client, support early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities
• Manages complex multi-function and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive ("C" level) client management
• Communicate the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners and customers
• Manages internal as well as external resources with that are part of project team
• Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members, providing a role model and support for individual development

Professional experience required:
• Senior experience in Agile application development or in like roles/businesses
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Experience from managing stakeholders on senior management level
• Experience within agile practice and scrum

• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• A can-do attitude and flexible mindset
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
