We are, on behalf of one of our customers, looking for a Senior Production Test Expert.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the production test of new product and test equipment.
This individual is responsible for defining, documenting, executing development and production test plans, procedures, and supporting documentation for new products.
Working closely with design team and a group of test developers.
Work with subsystem development teams to develop working test procedures, specify test fixture/equipment hardware and software requirements, develop and maintain text fixtures, and define appropriate subsystem test interfaces is required. The product test engineer is responsible for basic troubleshooting of test failures, identification and reporting of observed failure trends, and working with subsystem development teams to isolate and resolve observed failures through design or procedural changes.
The product test engineer is expected to aid in optimize test practices and procedures.
Qualifications Required
Core network hardware Design
• More than 10 years experiences on production test experience (essential).
• Experiences in high-end server or telecom products.
• Knowledge and experience in field application and manufacturing.
• Ability to transfer know-how to others.
• Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical engineering.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Initiative and positive personal personality.
• Excellent communication and work skills in multicultural team environment.
• Excellent experience within mobile or fixed telecommunication equipments or embedded systems.
Additional skills required
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Good communications and presentation skills
• The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment
• The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
