Are you passionate about driving quality to the next level? In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and deploying our Quality strategy across the organization. You'll help strengthen our quality culture, enhance systems and tools, and ensure we not only meet but exceed customer expectations - all while enabling sustainable and reliable operations. Your expertise will be central in balancing prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, and swift, lasting solutions to challenges.
Your role and responsibilities
Take full ownership of the quality KPI framework - from defining targets and analyzing results to identifying and addressing deviations.
Approve deviations for both products and processes with a focus on maintaining high standards in production.
Act as the "voice of quality" throughout the organization.
Develop, implement, and continuously refine production quality standards to secure consistent and outstanding product and process performance.
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements.
Use quality data and insights to spot trends, prevent issues, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications for the role
Engineering degree, Production, Quality, or similar.* Several years of hands-on experience working within quality and continuous improvements.
Solid knowledge of quality methodologies.
Lean Six Sigma expertise, preferably with a Green Belt certification.
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset paired with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English.
Knowledge in both electronics and mechanics.
Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of resolving complex quality challenges.
Proficiency in quality management systems, software, and tools.
