Our client is one of the world leading IT-companies and we are now looking for an experienced Production Modularisation Specialist. The project will start 1st of March during 6 months with possibility to extend thereafter.
Publiceringsdatum2012-01-27Dina arbetsuppgifter• Develop and maintain the module structure from a production point of view
• Main counterpart to PD modularisation expert
• Develop clear rules on interfaces and accepted variants of interfaces
• Inform and train production engineers about modularisation and agreed rules for VBC modularisation
• Be involved in discussion with process lead and module leads to continuously improve module system
• Lead Modularisation projects to develop modules adapted for production
• Support process lead, module leads and GM project leaders in early phases of projects (pre-, and concept phases), with developed production process concepts, and proposals for design solutions to fulfill process and modularisation demands
Profil• Master Engineering degree (MSc) or equivalent
• Experience from modularisation work in automotive industry
• Experience from Lean Manufacturing
• Preferably experience from both production and product development improvement work
• Project Management training and experience
• Experience of Catia V5
• Structured with excellent communication skills and good leadership abilities
• Target driven, result oriented and "self-going" initiator skills
• Ability to work cross boarders and cultural differences.
• Good cross-cultural understanding
• Fluent in English
