The team has the responsibility to deliver and coordinate technical support for the Volvo & Renault products towards Market companies and Importers within the areas cab, chassis & vehicle dynamics, electrical, electronics and telematics.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Product Specialist Electronics, you will be responsible for resolving Electronics & Electrical, hardware and software related problems in our customers trucks. Development of innovative containment actions to resolve customer issues is one of the most important deliveries in the job. You have your own responsibility but you are always supported by your colleagues when needed.
You will also be the key player in representing the market/end-customer in quality projects. Since we are the link between the market and the design departments you will be the one presenting the latest news and solutions at our product quality conferences.
The work is global and one part is carried out at the office in Gothenburg where you remotely work with analyzes and support systems. The other part of the job is visiting our customers all around the world to investigate and resolve problems.

Required knowledge/experience
You have a Master or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent technical university degree.
This is a specialist role, therefore your experience from automotive electronics design or verification is very important.
Since we are a truly global company, fluency in English is fundamental. As we also have a strong domestic market, fluency in Swedish is also a pre-requisite.
