Job description
Quality is a core value for our client and a prerequisite for Customer Satisfaction.
As a Product Quality Leader you will hold a strategic high important role belonging to the department Product Quality and Technical Service Europe & Latin America which is a part of the Quality & Customer Satisfaction organization. The department has the overall responsibility for all short term quality improvements in its region.
The mission for a Senior PQL is to be part of the team managing the heavy duty engines and after treatment systems. In this team you will investigate quality issues, prioritize them and secure that appropriate corrective actions are taken to meet quality and warranty cost targets.
Main responsibilities
• Search, detect and quantify actively & preventively customer quality issues
• Perform pre-investigation of field quality issues
• Initiate, coordinate and prioritize quality actions
• Ensure communication on product quality or on customer satisfaction within the organization
• Request external campaign based on technical description
• Identify potential safety related issue
• Predict quality levels
Qualifications
• Master degree in technical area or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge about aftermarket, quality processes and product
• Good knowledge of heavy duty diesel engines
• Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Excellent English skills
• Good analytical skills
Personal Profile
For success in this role you have work experience in relevant field for minimum 8 years and proved and record in excellent communication and presentation skills. You enjoy working in cross functional, international environment. You have a deep technical interest and are willing to learn more about our clients products and their application.
