Let us describe your future role
As product owner your focus will be to drive a product vision through all stages of its lifecycle by securing the backlog of services and features within a service area.
You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team. You will be working in a social environment which requires you to be a communicative and an extrovert person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships. As team lead you need to manage and help the development team, while displaying owner's mentality.
You will lead, plan and report the ongoing work in relevant foras and communities. Apart from this you will coach other product owners on a less senior level.

Who are you?
Most important of all is your personality and desire to drive a product concept. More than that we believe that you have long experience from working within a field close to or within product management. You are used to taking responsibility and have the ability to communicate on different levels and with different kind of people.
We also believe you have:
A university degree in a relevant field
Many years' experience of product management
User knowledge within tools used in product management and in the border of product development
Experience from the automotive industry is considered beneficial
Great knowledge in creating and ability to present and product roadmaps and statuses
We believe you have strong business understanding and great relationship building skills. Your outstanding ability to coach, lead and encourage others makes your environment thrive and grow!
