A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
You will be part of the Insights & Safeguarding team, where you work side-by-side with many colleagues and stakeholders around the world to define and implement the product strategy. On a day-to-day basis you will be accountable for digital products within Risk, Compliance and Audit. More precisely, your ambition is to provide co-workers with outstanding digital products, supporting them in their daily work and operations.
Insights & Safeguarding capability area provides tools, data and insights to help colleagues across IKEA take good decisions to operate IKEA on a day-to-day basis and design the IKEA business model of the future. Other capabilities and products we manage within the team is within Financial BI, Planning & Forecasting, Insights & Planning Enablers, and Legal operations governance.
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who has:
• at least 10 years of experience in leading roles within Corporate Risk Management
• extensive knowledge in how to create effective and consistent digital solutions within risk management, compliance management and audit assurance for corporate business
• strong communication skills
• at least 3 years of experience in Product Management
• experience setting up and managing agile organizations
• innovative mindset and curiosity on how to design and provide amazing user experience and to inspire others to do the same
• able to lead product team(s) composed of colleagues from product, engineering, data and analytics and UX practices.
You will:
• Form the vision and strategy for the product(s) and ensure that the delivery of the outcomes meets the objective and business needs
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure they are part of the team as contributors
• Collaborate cross-functional and orchestrate initiatives to ensure seamless user experience and maximum impact
• Define Objectives and Key Results and give visibility of progress to stakeholders
• Quantify customer needs and business opportunities with quantitative and qualitative research
• Leverage insights (data-driven decisions) and business knowledge in the company to create high quality products
• Create an agile way of working with the product team
• Guide and inspire the product team(s) so they can perform their best
In this role you will report to the Product Manager and the position will be located in Malmö, Sweden.
