Q-Med is a global leader in aesthetic and corrective treatments with brands such as Restylane and Azzalure. With global headquarters located in Uppsala (Sweden), Q-Med is a division of Galderma, one of the world’s leading dermatology companies.
As Senior Product Manager at Q-Med, you will be a member of the Global Strategic Marketing team and will report to a Global Brand Manager. To support our global growth we are looking for several Senior Product Managers in the facial aesthetics franchise. These permanent positions are based in Uppsala, with about 20-30% of travel.
• **** About the role *****
You will be responsible for managing and developing your allocated brand(s) and product portfolio and in particular:
• Develop the global strategic plan to reach the company overall targets
• Budget responsibility for allocated brand(s)
• Collect and analyze market data and propose actions such as product development or campaigns based on findings
• Work cross-functionally with the R&D, regulatory and medical affairs, market research, manufacturing and commercial teams
• Develop international campaigns towards physicians and consumers and follow up implementation at country level
• Gather and communicate best practice in terms of market activities
• Co-operate very closely with our affiliates / distributors and regional centers in Europe, Latin America and Asia
• Manage interactions with key customers (physicians) and support congress preparation
• **** About you *****
• You have a university degree in science, business or a similar education level.
• You have 3-5 years experience in strategic marketing and creating campaign concepts (not only adapting locally) in addition to other experiences in sales or marketing
• You bring solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry (Rx, OTC or medical device) or aesthetic / cosmetic markets and have a strong interest in life science
• You have good project management skills from planning to implementation and know how align functions and countries together to support initiatives
• You are a strong communicator and influencer and you are used to collaborate with global/international marketing and sales teams. You speak / write English fluently and relate well with people from different backgrounds.
