We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our expanding Digital Solutions team. Do you have a passion for digital innovation and building new business? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Assume responsibility for the successful roll-out of Cytiva's new, innovative, cloud-based solution for data-centric collaboration across process development teams
Drive and orchestrate continuous development and improvement of the overall processes of a new service-oriented business model - from identification and prioritization of customer needs via sales execution to customer on-boarding and long-term success
Generate evidence-based customer and market insights to build product roadmaps - both at a strategic as well as tactical level
Identify and evaluate strategic options for realization of expansions of the offering, including informing build, buy, or partnering decisions
Who you are
Experienced product or project manager with an entrepreneurial approach and a proven track record of customer focused agile product development
Self-motivated and results oriented collaborator, comfortable with managing uncertainty
Enjoys motivating and helping the culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams you will work with to be efficient
Experience from biologics manufacturer, process development, business development/partnering, software, informatics, digital services, digital transformation, and/or other digital innovation activities is highly desirable
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) and ability to handle a large number of internal and external collaborating partners through remote or in-person interactions globally
For the right person, the location for this position is flexible, but due to time zone differences within our team, EMEA/US is preferred.
