Your new position
The Lead Product Compliance Manager is an integral part of the Data Compliance team within the Legal Department. The team works closely with Product Legal Counsels, Product Managers, Security, Engineering, to help drive the adoption of various compliance controls and policies and procedures to support our growing product capabilities in multi-region and highly regulated verticals such as Governmental, Retail Industry.
You will work across business functions to ensure that the product meets vertical-specific requirements as the company introduces new capabilities, features or enters new territories. You will also partner with Sitoo colleagues to ensure our product meets the laws and regulations on multiple markets.
As a collaborative, highly organized, strategic problem solver with strong execution, project management and relationship-building skills, you will excel in this role.
Who are you?
Your Qualifications
Must-have:
Experience ensuring compliance of POS products.
Including (Cash Registers, Back Office, Fiscal Reporters/Exporters etc...).
Monitoring Legal Changes across Europe, APAC
Experience for maintaining compliant Cash Register solutions for multiple retail stores
Experience Managing the communication of legal changes to both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience Collaborate with external legal partners and fiscal vendors for information gathering,
analysis of legal requirements and conflict resolution.
Experience translate legal requirements into product backlog.
Experience facilitate audits of products and ensure compliance and certification of products in certain markets.
Experience in market study from regulatory compliance perspective for new market entries.

Experience drive product development based on the upcoming regulations and fiscal trends.
Responsibilities:
Help develop, implement and run operational processes and end-to-end controls to ensure our products comply with laws and regulations
Partner with Product, Security, Sales, Legal and other collaborators to monitor compliance and certification requirements, coordinate work efforts
Identify and seize opportunities to automate, streamline and continuously improve processes
Help address compliance issues as they arise, including cross-functional coordination on mitigation strategy and remediation steps.
Work with internal collaborators to document processes
Assist in drafting playbooks, policies, procedures
Independently prioritize your work against competing priorities and existing portfolio.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Working knowledge of FedRAMP, HITRUST, HIPAA, ISO, SOC 2 and GDPR.
Experience supporting, leading and delivering successful compliance projects
Knowledge of/experience working in heavily regulated software or software as a service industry
Experience working in or closely working with corporate compliance and audit organizations
Education
High Distinction in Bachelor of Computer Applications
ISTQB Testing Certification
