hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm Acne Studios is recruiting a senior product manager, with the task of leading the development of high-end collections from initial design to material sourcing and pre-production fittings, for RTW categories in close collaboration with our design team. This is a role where you will get the opportunity to develop close partnerships with different departments and suppliers while actively contributing to the creative process of high-end quality collections in a progressive fashion house.
The role
This is a role that entails leading and managing your team and ensuring set goals and targets are met. This involves overseeing and organizing fitting sessions to provide proactive and focused input to ensure development and production processes run smoothly. You will, together with your team, coordinate style allocation between factories to ensure the highest possible standard of make, while managing the costing process and analysis of margins. Further, you will be in close contact with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely product development, actively working to reach the sustainability targets while monitoring and respecting the seasonal development budget. In this role you will partner and have a good working process with related internal departments and ensure correct and through handover from development to production.
You will report to the development director and belong to the product and design department. Your team will consist of four people therefore the ability to lead, motivate and develop your team members is a must.
This is a full-time position starting in September 2023.
You
We are looking for you who has an academic degree, from fashion and/or textile education with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a RTW product development role, preferably from high-end fashion brands. You are also highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience in PLM is meriting. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You act with integrity at all times and have a natural ability to influence and build trust. You value simplicity over complexity and are guided by impact rather than prestige. You are pragmatic and hands-on and get things done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are highly valued. And ideally, you enjoy working in a creative international environment with a wide range of personalities.
