About the jobAs Senior Product Manager for CRM & HR at Aimo Park, you'll lead the strategic development of our internal and customer-facing platforms across digital channels. Your mission is to shape scalable, integrated tools that elevate customer engagement, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Together with Business Owners you will define the long-term vision for CRM and HR products, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure solutions evolve with user and business needs. Using data, user insights, and market trends, you'll guide product strategy and execution, aligning with company-wide goals. As a senior leader, you'll mentor peers, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of transparency and shared ownership.
You'll work with tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite, and collaborate across departments to build business cases, delivery frameworks, and accountability models that others adopt.
About youYou're a strategic thinker with deep expertise in CRM and HR tech. You understand the full spectrum of lead management, sales pipelines, customer segmentation, and retention strategies. Previous experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is required. A plus if you feel equally fluent in integrating systems for employee onboarding, performance management, time tracking, and compliance.
You thrive in environments where system integration, automation, and insight-driven product development are key. You make pragmatic decisions that balance long-term value with short-term impact-and help others do the same. You're proactive, collaborative, and accountable. You anticipate challenges, lead change initiatives, and build strong relationships across the organization. You set the bar for product mastery and delivery, and you're ready to drive business impact through visionary product leadership.
You have:
Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent
More than 5 years of documented experience within CRM and product management
