About the job
As our Senior Product Developer, you're developing and nurturing products as well as building and passing on knowledge in various application areas to deliver the market 's best solutions. You work to make the development process more efficient by improving, developing, and implementing methods toward new requirements, technologies, and needs.
In this role you also work with:
Product development according to project orders
Development of test methods
Monitoring of processing and machining trends
Modeling and simulation
Development of knowledge platforms in the area
Technical support to customers and production adaptation etc.
The position is based in Sandviken.
About you
We're looking for someone with an engineering degree in a relevant field or with the equivalent knowledge gained from previous work. We believe that you have experience from a similar role. Additional knowledge from the corresponding technical area, CAD, and FEM is a plus. Since we work in a global setting, you must communicate fluently in English.
Your personality is the key to our common success, and we place great value on your creativity and social skills. Unpretentious you interact and are happy to help your team and you have no difficulty in asking for help when needed. Your technique interest shows in your curiosity for product development and the various projects you take part in. You are flexible as you work parallelly with different tasks and use your communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed.
