At Bokio, Product Designers play an important role in how we shape and build our products. You will work closely with other world-class Designers, Researchers, Developers, Serial Entrepreneurs and Business Strategists with the courage to create new disruptive products that will impact the everyday life of our users.
With an international and fast-growing team composed of 85+ employees in Gothenburg and Stockholm, we are now looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Designer to our growing product organisation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT BOKIO
You will take responsibility and ownership of the user experience in your team from concept to launch together with product managers, developers and user researchers.
You will work in an open environment where we don't design in silos and include everyone on the team to give early feedback.
You'll be working with the Design team that is expected to be composed of 9 designers with various skill sets, by the end of next Q1.
You will take data driven decisions by continuously researching, measuring, analysing and gathering insights. You will also test your concepts with real users to make sure we're actually solving real problems.
You will contribute to our design system together with other designers.
You will take ideas and turn them into product solutions cross multiple platforms in an agile way.
WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 5 years of work experience designing for digital products.
You are highly empathetic, you want to know how users think and feel at any given stage in the user journey.
You understand the bigger picture and at the same time have a "get things done" mentality.
You have a relentless desire for learning new things.
You are creative, you think outside of the box and love to solve problems.
You thrive in a fast-paced and open environment.
You have the ability to work quickly, independently and pragmatically.
You are not afraid to take ownership.
You have good communication skills and see copywriting as a natural part of your design process.
You are fluent in English. At Bokio we speak English as our main language and you will be working with people from all over the world.
BONUS IF...
You can translate your design to code.
You have a masters or bachelor degree in interaction design or similar.
You can speak and write Swedish.
You have experience in running a business and/or experience in accounting.

LOCATION
We have a Hybrid work model with central offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm. The position can be located in either office with the possibility to work flexible remote.
