From offices in New York City and Stockholm, our client has worked with and continues to attract world renowned clients like Nintendo, Porsche, Google, Range Rover, BBC, HTC and Electronic Arts.
Senior Producer lead the charge from minute-to-minute, across the board on a daily basis. Part Project Manager, part art director, part account executive, part technical director, part business savvy negotiator, this role demands a well rounded talent. Where? Stockholm, Sweden
Overview As a Senior Producerat, you will lead a talented team of artists, designers and developers in the production of everything digital, ranging from microsites to web portals to mobile applications to in-game software. Your involvement and guidance is critical in all phases of a project, from inception to completion. The ability to assist in creating, and maintaining client relationships on a day-to-day basis is key, as is as encouraging the team to deliver quality at all times. As a leader, all Producers play a supporting role with individual employee development, and shaping the company at large.
Knowledge & Qualifications
• Proactive, motivational, mentoring and encouraging approach
• Ability to qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge
• Mastery of interactive/software development process from an information architecture, interaction design, design and technical perspective
• Strong hands-on wire-framing capabilities, demonstrating excellent understanding of usability and what makes a good web project
• Strong written and spoken command of the English language
• Excellent communicator to both creative individuals and clients alike
• Your core discipline may not be in design or development, but you are confident delegating tasks in those areas
• Quick-thinking, accurate, hands-on, stress-tolerant and a problem-solver
• Business savvy and relationship driven
• Excellent ability to estimate the production time and resources required for a project
• Roll-up-your-sleeves, get things done mentality
