Toca Life World has millions (and millions) of users with more and more kids discovering the app every day. It's a live platform for true open-ended play, an ever-expanding space where kids can tell any story they like.
As a Producer in Toca Life World you'll drive complex strategic initiatives, projects and team operations, to ultimately reach our business objectives and meet our players' needs.
What you'll be doing
You'll be leading a talented and dedicated group of artists, animators, programmers, QA and designers in their day-to-day work, guiding everyone towards the same goal.
You'll continuously strive to know the product better. You'll set quality targets for the projects you lead, and set up the required processes to know that you are on track. You'll make sure there is effective prioritisation for the team and that it is clear to its members.
You'll gather, analyse and interpret data that supports you and the team in making informed decisions. You'll factor qualitative and quantitative data into the discovery and iteration phases of development, and you'll be accountable for project level decisions weighing up cost vs direct return.
You'll make decisions with the product's best interest in mind, connecting short term and long term. You'll build business cases for opportunities and projects and provide a structured reasoning around their viability.
You'll manage the project operations and budget. Understanding the project resource needs you'll take part in staffing planning and recruitment to ensure the team can deliver assigned projects. You'll engage and manage freelancers and outsourcing partners when additional support is needed.
Is this you?
You're a leader with experience in product discovery. From problem definition, selecting solutions, releasing and iterating. You have an understanding of qualitative and quantitative approaches of validating work.
You have worked with product development practices and frameworks, and are experienced in product and project management. You know how to break down business goals into actionable plans for teams to deliver on.
You understand and have an interest in agile and related practices, and have an outcome based and user centric mindset. You have experience with A/B testing and other means of testing hypotheses and optimising solutions.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You'll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we're an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
