hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 2 years contract to begin with.
Competence and experience are important, but personality and passion are key.

This position will be part of the company's Global Investments team within the Indirect Procurement Department that together with the stakeholders, represent the entire company, drive the transformation of the company.

The company is looking for an experienced senior procurement specialist, but also for you who have less experience but come with a business mindset together with the right drive, ambition and attitude. Ultimately, it's all about cooperating with people inside and outside the company to create a superior experience for the people who buy and drive their car as well as for the internal organization.
Your key tasks
Lead and support cross-functional sourcing projects within the category including preparation, execution, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and contract management.
Develop and implement category and supplier strategies.
Create and maintain commercial relations with suppliers and stakeholders.
Work proactively with key business stakeholders to understand your product/service, its market, supply base and potential innovation to find ways to increase value for the company - including cost, quality, and sustainability.
Perform market analysis, prioritization, and identification of optimal negotiation tactics .
Dare to question status quo or decided routes with stakeholders, suppliers, people; and work proactively to build better understanding and work towards common solutions.
There will be some need for global business travels.
Fluency in English is a must for this role.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 2 years contract to begin with, start ASAP!
