hela Sverige The position is organized within Volvo Powertrain Quality & Customer Satisfaction Business Office, in the Process Audits & Improvements team. The team is responsible for management of the internal and external process audits processes in Volvo Powertrain and with providing high level guidance and support for the development and implementation of Quality and Aftermarket processes in VPT.
We We are extending our ambitions for performing internal process audits and investigatations and need to identify a leader for building, coordinating and following-up of internal process audits in Volvo Powertrain. The role will also be active in driving improvement projects and specific tasks within the Quality & Customer Satisfaction organization.
Core responsibilities:
Member of Process Audits & Improvements team in Q&CS
Member of Process Audits Process team
Build and manage internal auditor network in VPT
Monitor and support to ensure that the VPT Management System is implemented, maintained and continually improved
Monitor that the Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards and policies.
Monitor the Management System effectiveness and usability for process users through process audits and assessments
Establishment and coordination of Volvo Powertrain internal process audit plan
Act as Lead Auditor and audit team leader for global process audits
Perform global process audits based on request from Q&CS global management team ? to identify root cause and action plan
Act as dedicated coach and support for development of processes
Preferred qualifications:
University degree or suitable work experience
Several years experience as Lead Auditor and/or with Process Improvements
Project lead experience is a merit
Communicative with an open and positive attitude
Ability to take initiative and to work independently
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge and education in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or related standards
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
A proactive, positive, structured approach
Capacity to collect data and perform analysis of the impact
