What you'll do
In a rapidly changing market with fierce competition, developing services and products tailored to our customers' needs has never been more important. As a Senior Pricing Manager you be a vital part in creating Telenor's future value proposition. You will join a new and highly motivated team of researchers and designers with expertise in working customer centric with the aim to support the organization in making customer centric decisions. You will work in a cross-functional setup with a broad set of methodologies to create products, services and customer journeys that our customers will love. You will also assist the Business management teams with our current value propositions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving cross-functional customer-centric innovation projects
* Ensuring that we develop profitable business models based on customer insights
* Developing business cases, ROIs or other suitable pricing strategies as POC
* Collaborating with Business management and Product management to ensure successful product launches
* Making sure projects fit Telenor's strategy and delivers on financial targets
* Work together with the Business management teams to optimize Telenor's portfolio.
Who are you
We think that to be a successful candidate you might have some of the following experience:
* A relevant university degree e.g. economics, business administration or equal
* Experience working with business and product development based on customer insight
* Experience driving or being a part of innovation initiatives.
* You have worked in a fast-paced environment and You are comfortable with high level of uncertainty
* Accustomed to work with complex products and services with an account based structure
* PNL responsibility as well as telco experience is a merit but not a requirement
* A constant willingness to develop and learn.
Perhaps you have a background as a Pricing manager, Business manager or a Management consultant and have worked with pricing of complex services and products before. You are driven by challenges and you understand the importance of customer driven innovation. This role will require you to work in new constellations and with different methodologies, so you need to be comfortable with a high level of uncertainty.
