Solution Area Core Networks, within Business Area Cloud SW and Services, is created as a leading provider of e2e Telco Core Network and Cloud Infra products and services delivering world-class eMBB functionality, and outstanding TCO, building on Best-in-Class functionality, Cloud Native technologies, SW Deployment and Lifecycle Management automation and highly competitive services. We will also explore adjacent opportunities supporting our customers, the operators, to provide innovative solutions in the B2B/Enterprise market. By bringing together the different parts of SA Core NW, we ensure aligned architecture, products, services, roadmaps, and commercial structure.
The newly formed Strategy & Portfolio unit within SA Core Networks is created to drive the Core Network Strategy definition and execution, securing that SA Core Networks is delivering on its targets. The organization is also driving the SA Core Networks Portfolio strategy and execution, defining what is critical and not for a profitable Core NW portfolio across different Solution Lines and Offering Areas. The unit is also responsible for leading innovation and analysis as input to portfolio scope/direction. Working closely with Business Control and the different Solution Lines, the unit also leads in defining Capital and Resource allocation in line with strategic choices and priorities and leading Portfolio Business Review to evaluate portfolio performance.
What you will do
We are now looking for a senior Portfolio Program Manager. The role is critical to secure the definition and execution of Core NW 's Portfolio Strategy, to drive portfolio governance, portfolio business reviews, and leading studies on areas of portfolio development and innovation. We are looking for an experienced program manager with a strong drive, significant structure, and documented capability to lead and motivate cross-organizational virtual teams.
You will bring
Proven, successful program management experience
Proven experience in creating structure in a complex environment
Experience in Portfolio or Product Management
Preferably experience/knowledge of Core Network portfolio area in a product management, program management, or development role
Ability to build and establish relationships with senior management as well as with SMEs across a complex organization
Problem-solving ability to cut through complexity
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently, producing outstanding results and material with limited supervision
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
