We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for a Senior Engagement Owner to join an exciting project across Region Skåne for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing hundreds of existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution. The new system includes a service to manage the health of their 1.3 million citizens and a modern digital care system that allows for increased patient participation, safer patient experience, and improved work environment for healthcare professionals.
Cerner's Population Health Practice is a new exciting part of our organization transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of population health across geographies. Our world-leading technology platform aggregates data from multiple sources enabling health and care systems to use this data to identify, score and predict risks, targeting the individual through to population-wide health improvement campaigns and interventions. The Population Health Europe team offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative fast-paced unit with all the rewards and challenges that a start-up opportunity brings.
As a Senior Platform Architect you will provide technical knowledge and expertise of platform infrastructure, including integration points between solutions, data onboarding, and identify management. You will be able to manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes.
You will provide technical and data integration oversight for engagements so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed. In this role you will support complex identity management, and data and platform security strategies and drive the solution design and data source onboarding strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years technology implementation work experience
Expectations:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
