About Group IT
Swedbank Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.
About us
Release & Quality Management Subunit (RQM) is a part of IT Delivery unit. IT Delivery mission is to take full responsibility for application development and maintenance throughout application lifecycle.
RQM has full responsibility for support to all Group IT Divisions within Development and Test Environments, Development and Test Tools and Test Process, releases and technical testing.
RQM consists of around 50 employees in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and is divided in 3 departments: Oracle/Java, TDE/Java and zOS & Common Functions.
About the job
We are looking for someone who has several years of experience and expertise in technical, performance and capacity issues. You will work as a performance tester, with capacity planning, and other technical issues. Our customers are development projects, releases and maintenance projects. We work very closely with the project managers, project architects and test managers.
Team Performance was established in 1999. It is one of the most advanced performance teams in Sweden. We have a dedicated environment and well developed processes and methods. All new project/systems and releases are tested by the team.
Your tasks:
• Having full responsibility for performance test projects
• Being part of the performance team
• Maintaining the performance test environment
• Maintaining our test data
• Making HP LoadRunner scripts
• Writing reports
About you
To succeed in this role you need to have good communication skills in English, both oral and written. You are engaged, dedicated and highly motivated to your work. You are a very good team player. You use your analytical abilities and are very service minded with a high delivery capacity.

• A relevant university degree within IT
• Several years of experience from performance testing
• Leadership skills
• Unix (Sun Solaris)
• IBM WebSphere
• J2EE
• Network communication
• HP LoadRunner and Diagnostics
