Responsible for our payroll clients Taking care of the whole payroll process, such as monthly calculation of salaries, reporting to tax office and pension hubs, communication with other third party providers as well, and year-end payroll reconciliation as well;
Be proactive and take initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiency for clients;
Any other tasks assigned by the direct/indirect
supervisor/manager or the management board.
Beskrivning av
kvalifikationer:
Two to three years' experience of working as payroll consultant/payroll administrator;
Familiar with payroll & HR related Swedish law and legislation
Attention to details and good organizational skills;
Experience with working in an international environment is a
plus;
Previous work experience from consultancy firm or similar work
is a plus;
Previous experience in working with the payroll software Hogia Plus, PBM is a plus;
Good IT knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and with Excel in particular;
Good communication skills and service-minded;
Action oriented / initiative oriented;
Able to work independently and collaborate with team members.
Fluent in Swedish and English;
Most of our clients are globally based and so assignments are
very variable from client to client, which means that being
flexible, proactive and alert are very important qualities for us.
