SENIOR PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with all North Hub Services divisions and external clients and suppliers to secure most punctual performance;
• Perform passenger handling according to the customer airline agreements, requirements and company procedures;
• Supervise or if necessary take part in all passengers handling operations (check-in / gate procedures, arrival services, ticketing, meet and assist services);
• Analyze and give answers to customer claims;
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and immediately report any discrepancies in passenger handling process;
• Provide with reports of passenger handling process according company procedures.
Requirements:
• At least two years experience in Passenger Handling (Supervisor experience);
• Ability to work in high stress environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations;
• High sense of responsibility and preciseness;
• Fluent in English and Swedish languages;
• Ability to work in shifts.
