Business Unit Liquid Food (BULF) is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions, branded processing units and key components for the processing of liquid foods within beverage and prepared food. We work closely with our clusters and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that we, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. BULF has approx. 500 employees in seven main sites: Sweden, China, USA, India, Singapore, Switzerland, and Denmark.
Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment offers and supply high quality processing solutions for liquid food to the global market. We are experts on food technology and processing solutions all the way from intake of raw material, pre-treatment, mixing, blending, heat treatment techniques and buffering of the ready product.
For the Order Project Leader team within Business Unit Liquid Food we are looking for a Senior Order Project Leader. You will be the link between the market and engineering/production, and you are thereby a driving force in the implementation of our orders.
The position is permanent and based in Lund and will include some travelling.
What you will do
As Senior Order Project Leader you will have responsibility for the planning and overall governing of orders from order intake until complete delivery. This means that you will plan resources, cost control and make sure that the correct scope of supply is delivered at the committed delivery time. You will have several orders to manage simultaneously in different stages and sizes.
You will focus on
Lead and drive the customer order and secure that the agreed scope is delivered in time, at cost and in full.
Communicate with Tetra Pak global stakeholders in the Market.
Lead and coordinate multiple teams to deliver according to plan
Secure the financial result and analyze it
Drive internal improvement activities
Who you are
You are a committed person who likes to be the driving force and take an overall responsibility. You get motivated by bringing people together and create an environment to achieve common results.
You have excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in English, both written and spoken. We believe you are multitasking and result oriented, structured and able to deliver clear assignments in stressful situations.
Probably you have a university degree in Engineering or similar and at least 5-7 years working experience as project manager or order handler. Well-developed technical understanding is a plus.
Experience from leading projects as well as work with financial planning and follow-up are a must. Experience from similar positions, production planning, order planning and SAP R/3 are seen as valuable merits.
