Axel Arigato currently has 8 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Munich & Paris with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 100 members of staff in 7 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
Come join us as our first Senior Operations Coordinator- Wholesale at our Gothenburg HQ. Our team is already passionate and dedicated to getting the job done the best way we know how- what we lack is someone who has the experience to be able to help us develop new processes that take our professionalism to the next level.
The wholesale and operations team has a big impact on the whole of Axel Arigato. We work very close to the sales managers but also cross functionally with other departments such as finance, production, logistics and more. We are customer- centric and want to be seen as an enabler, both internally and externally.
The main responsibilities:
• Evaluate current processes in a constructive way and initiate change to create systems and process efficiencies.
• Ensure that all our Wholesale partners are given the correct order handling and an excellent on time delivery.
• Support senior staff and Sales team with key reports, data and other requirements.
• Set KPIs and follow up on them.
• Regular use/implementation of SAP(ERP system), Joor (order processing system), QS
• Pre-season preparation to ensure all required data is updated in linesheets and ERP
• Develop and enable collaboration/communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Enable partner requirements for international orders such as duties, incoterms, shipping manuals and finance
• Work cross functionally with Wholesale Sales team, Buying and Planning, Production, and Warehouse management on order discrepancies, backorders, and/or shipping anomalies
• Be a key player in our journey to become the best Wholesale account!
WHO WE NEED
We are ready to welcome an experienced Operations Coordinator who has the ability and experience to implement ideas, set structure, and is not afraid of changes for a community and brand that is taking off. Here is where you can see an impact fast.
Our existing team has all the drive and potential anyone can ask for-so we are being a bit picky on purpose when we say we will only consider an experienced, KPI driven and educated addition to our team who can come in directly and feel familiar with the wholesale world.
• You have experience in SAP.
• You are experienced in handling Wholesale accounts/partners .
• If you have Logistics / finance experience that would also be great!
• Process oriented, self-going with a hands-on attitude .
• Analytical mind set with proficiency in Excel .
• A strong team player with a positive outlook, happy to help out where needed .
• Strong adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness and solution oriented .
