Klarna is looking for a Senior Operation Analyst to the office in Stockholm.
Working tasks
As a Senior Operation Analyst you will be part of the Operation Excellence and Development department working to continuously improve Klarna's operations. You will have the full overview of all processes and how they relate to each other, and will ensure we are always up to date on operational performance and key drivers of profitability and customer satisfaction, and based on this proactively work to identify improvement areas.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Build and maintain an overview and map of Klarna's processes across functions (sales, customer and merchant support, and debt collection), including each step's impact on profitability as well as end-customer and merchant satisfaction
• Define and track relevant operational KPIs
• Proactively improvement areas and suggest actions to capture the potential
• Provide analytical support in specific projects and initiatives as needed
Who are you?
You should
• Have very strong analytical capabilities
• Have extensive experience of independently designing and maintaining analytical models (in excel)
• Have a strong sense of ownership, be goal oriented and a high drive to deliver on deadlines
• Be generally well-structured and thorough in your work
• Have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Have a high integrity and be able to argue for your views
• Master English as working language
In addition, you preferably also
• Have experience of mapping and analyzing organizational processes
• Have sector experience
• Are good at building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders
