Job Description
We are looking to bring an OMS Architect in the Order Management Product Team within Inventory Optimisation. You'll work with delivering a world class order management system to our customers - acting as a solution architect and a developer to enable the roadmap for Order Management product.
Business Tech is the new agile product organisation within the larger H&M group. We are organised in small, cross-competent teams each owning a product end-to-end with a mission to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You will work alongside a Product Owner, Business Experts and other Software Engineers in an agile team, and will be able to try out your creative and innovative ideas and together with your cross-competent team shape the future of retail & supply chain.
In this product team we provide a world class Order Management System enabling accurate fulfilment process including synchronised information with systems involved in fulfilment processes (accounting, logistics, etc.). We create Customer value by providing a friction less on-line order delivery and return processes to Customers. You will mostly work with architectural design of our B2C value chain, OMS, SAP Hybris, but not limited to it. We always strive to continuously build knowledge and learn beyond our current skillsets.
Qualifications
We believe that you can bring...
Extensive experience working with Order Management Systems
Strong understanding of Business to Consumer solutions in retail
A broad technical understanding from developer background
Strive for state of the are quality of code matching language - agnostic engineering approach
Excellent communication skills, able to understand business needs and technical aspects while working efficiently with both your team and various stakeholders
Experience of Agile WoW and development
If you have worked with Hybris, and have experience developing for cloud environment - it will be beneficial for the beginning of your journey at H&M Group Order Management product team
