Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Peony restaurant (Youyi Photoelectricity Sweden AB) established in 2010. We start our restaurant business for special Sichuan food from 2011. So far we already get big successful in Stockholm area. DN, SVD, CITY and KROG reported our restaurant. We are in the list of White Guide. After almost running two years, we have two restaurants in Stockholm. So far more clients accept Sichuan food and more clients like Sichuan food such as hot pot and Sichuan pepper. However, Sichuan food has around 6000 style in Sichuan province of China. So we want to introduce more Sichuan food especially Sichuan health food to our client. In this case, our company is going to develop new market for Sichuan health food. Therefore, we are looking for one senior person who has good experience in Sichuan health food field.
The ideal candidate should have the following knowledge
Good experience for Sichuan health food design.
Good knowledge to classify customer group according to their occupation characteristic and making dish design for both individual and group.
Good knowledge to assign nutrition ratio for each dish design
Good knowledge in Chinese traditional medical theory especially for SIchuan
Good experience for serious nutrition. Nutrition certificate is necessary.
Understand cooking process for a restaurant and monitor cooker work process when making health food for client. Understand health food quality control.
