Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the introduction of new products, the NPI team's focus is on testing, system documentation, training and process improvement.
• The NPI team's focus is on testing system documentation, training and process improvement
• Planning and co-ordinating NPI tasks and programmes for each product release (testing, documentation, sales and professional services briefings)
• Liaising with the technical managers of product stream
• Producing an annual NPI budget
• Running Alpha and Beta test programmes
• Delivering tested product releases to quality criteria
• Provide on site training and support for new / changed manufacturing processes
Qualifications Required
Core network hardware Design
• More than 10 years experiences on New product introduction experience (essential)
• Experiences in high-end server or telecom equipment NPI.
• Knowledge and experience in field application and manufacturing.
• Ability to transfer know-how to others.
• Bachelor or masters or higher majoring in electrical engineering.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Initiative and positive personal personality.
• Excellent communication and work skills in multicultural team environment.
• Excellent experience within mobile or fixed telecommunication equipments or embedded systems.
Additional skills required:
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Good communications and presentation skills
• The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment
• The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
