The role of Senior Network Architect:
As a Senior Network Architect, you will be responsible for the network infrastructure and work daily with design, life cycle management and operational operation of environments in our Data Centres and with our customers.
As a Senior Network Architect, you not only like to be involved in designing and developing the solution, but you also want to work operationally and be involved in implementing it. In other words, you will be an architect who makes things happen. You will belong to a small but close-knit team and work a lot hands-on with networks, delve into complex problems and contribute to business development.
To succeed and thrive in the role, you have:
A broad network and system competence with experience in several technologies and suppliers such as e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Checkpoint.
Experience in Dynamic Routing Protocols and MPLS.
Understanding of the interplay between different infrastructure-based technologies, applications, and the business value of the solution for customers.
Good communication skills and masters English in speech and writing.
Ability to collaborate well with both technical resources and various decision makers.
Experience of implementing various network services and can work in teams, as well as independently.
Merit:
Experience of major Cloud providers and Scripting.
Experience of working in larger matrix organizations and with international contacts.
Experience of Fortinet, F5, BGP and Data Center.
As a person, you are consultative, business-like with a good analytical ability. You are driven by developing and optimizing solutions with our customers, in both project form and Steady State Operations.
