Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
We are looking for a physician with background in internal medicine or medical subspecialty who has prior experience as a physician practicing clinical medicine working in a hospital, private or university setting, and track record of successful work experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. Based in Uppsala, this is a permanent position in the Galderma Medical Affairs organization reporting to the Global Head of Medical Affairs to serve as a key medical resource supporting the strategic activities of the publications team and phase 4 study group. You will provide strategic leadership and oversee the analysis, interpretation and presentation of medical and scientific data and information. You will work together with colleagues in the 20+ member Medical Affairs team in Uppsala, and those in the Scientific Division, Global Marketing, Global Regulatory and Clinical Development.. Leading Galderma's Medical Affairs strategy for phase 4 studies and publications. Serving as study physician for Galderma aesthetic and corrective phase 4 studies. Reviewing and approving responses to regulatory authorities and agencies pertaining to medical and scientific data. Reviewing and approving the claims sheet for marketed Galderma products in the aesthetic and corrective portfolio. Serving as the medical lead for publication planning for Galderma in conjunction with colleagues in the Scientific Division, Preclinical group, and Medical Affairs. Ensuring that all study and publication activities conducted by Galderma Medical Affairs reflect the input and knowledge of external experts, current clinical practice worldwide, internal Galderma data, and the published literature
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
You are a physician and have practiced clinical medicine or a medical or surgical specialty for a minimum of 5 years. You have work experience of 7 years in a global pharmaceutical and/or medical device company in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development with an understanding of Pharmacovigilance / Safety, and Clinical Development. Experience in conducting phase 4 studies; demonstrated experience in Medical Affairs study strategy and planning. You are self-driven, results oriented, methodical, and detail oriented. You possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and requests while maintaining timelines and able to meet expectations of others for high quality deliverables. You have proven ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment among stakeholders. Knowledge of international regulations and GCP of medical device and/ or pharmaceuticals . You have experience in critically reviewing and analyzing scientific data, and have demonstrated ability to outline and write scientific papers and compile regulatory and technical documents. You have experience compiling documents, literature summaries, and medical publications and reports that meet regulatory standards and guidelines
