hela Sverige On behalf of our customer, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer.
Expected functions:
• Lead design reviews, detecting weaknesses and providing solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for testing, manufacturing and certification.
• Close collaboration with engineers and suppliers in multiple locations to ensure the integrity of the entire product.
Required competences:
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Creo CAD design for consumer products
• Plastic parts design and injection molding
• Leading a team of CAD designers (including effort estimations)
• IPx (water, dust protection) requirements
• Design for manufacturing/ assembly, reliability, and FMEA
• Mechanical testing and validation tools and processes
• Tolerance calculations
• Leadership qualities, teamwork, curiosity
• Flexibility to changing conditions
• Responsiveness to customer needs.
Language skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
