About the Role
You will step into a senior mechanical engineering role in a robotics environment where products, machinery, and technical solutions need to be planned, designed, refined, and improved. The work spans both hands-on engineering and technical leadership, with a strong focus on solving complex challenges across components and products.
You will work in a cross-functional setting where close coordination with other teams is key to moving ideas into practical results. The role also includes supporting management and stakeholders with advanced technical input and helping turn analysis into better ways of working. Job DescriptionYou will plan, design, and modify machinery, equipment, components, and products.
You will lead and coordinate complex engineering activities across one or more engineering disciplines.
You will work independently in technical assignments while also guiding and supporting other engineers.
You will collaborate with internal teams and related functions to achieve shared engineering objectives.
You will use computers and relevant programs to prepare reports and carry out analyses.
You will act as a technical advisor to management and stakeholders in advanced technical studies and in the resolution of complex problems.
You will proactively identify and implement improvements that strengthen operations and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsMore than 6 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management and a Bachelor or Master degree, or another technical degree with >15 years of work experience within the relevant field.
Strong experience in mechanical engineering assignments related to planning, designing, and modifying machinery, equipment, and products.
Ability to lead, plan, conduct, and coordinate complex engineering work.
Experience working across functions and collaborating with other engineering-related disciplines.
Working command of the English language.
