You will belong to the group Product Improvement Installation Quality inside Delivery Assurance branch of Global Product Development within VBC. The group is tasked with solving important quality deviations & make product improvements for our customers. In addition we contribute to the knowledge build up inside Product Development in related technical areas. We specialize in problem solving and agile methods to quickly and with accuracy respond to customer needs. The group is divided into two separate teams working in different technical areas.

Main area of responsibility:
You will be a part of Installation team where we have a broad and complex responsibility for many different components and systems connected to the chassis, like: Fuel, cooling, EATS, Compressed Air the Electrical & Electronics team. The team has members with a broad mix of competences in order to fully address all aspects within our spectrum of issues.
You will play an important role in the success of the team and your main responsibilities are:
Deliver and support our customers in finding good sustainable solutions to their reported
Lead discussions with internal and external suppliers
Secure knowledge management: capture, share and re-use knowledge
Continuously Improve your own and the teams way of working
Conduct needed activities in order to find root cause to the given issue
Define scope and definition of done
Plan your work and together with the team-leader estimate time and cost for an specific topic
Take responsibility in developing yourself

Qualifications:
Minimum BSc engineering education or similar
Business oriented with a clear customer focus
Knowledge in Agile principles and methods
Knowledge of AB Volvo systems and processes will be considered an asset: Like Catia V5, KOLA and Protus
Good communication skills, both spoken and in writing
