Description
Would you like to work in a pioneering and growing business in the Tetra Pak Group? Tetra Recart covers everything from Development through Packaging Material production, Supply and Capital Equipment installations to Global Technical Support and Sales/Marketing.
We are now recruiting for a position as Senior Mechanical Designer. This is an opportunity to be a main player in the area of development and engineering at Tetra Recart.
You will be responsible for providing technical solutions for both projects in an early stage and improvements on the existing machine portfolio in a dynamic environment.
You work cross functional in close cooperation with other mechanical designers, test engineers, automation engineers and technical editors.
Main responsibilities
• Develop technical solutions for Form & Seal equipment
• Possess deep technical competence and provide expertise within the forming technology
• Drive own activities and be responsible for the specific competence area
Qualifications
We believe that the successful candidate has a strong personal drive and act as an expert in developing technical solutions.
Your ability to build networks and deliver result will be crucial in this role. We willappreciate the combination of an analytical mindset combined with agility, drive and a proactive approach.
The position requires a University degree in Engineering or extensive design work experience in an industrial environment.
Knowledge within the area of MMI (Machine Material Interaction) as well as Sealing technology will be seen as an advantage.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
The position is based in Lund.
