As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will:
• Design chassis of bent sheet metal
• Design mechanics for electronics boards with complex optofiber management
• Do thermal calculation and simulation both on board level and chassis level
• Write with clarity detailed hardware functional specification, test plan, and test reports.
• Work together with the PCB layout and electronic&opto engineer?s team.
• Support your colleagues and share knowledge with them.
• Work closely with cross functional product development teams in software, mechanical, and test software.
Expected Experience and Qualifications:
• Bsc. or M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering with 10 years of industry experience.
• Previous experience of SolidWorks and PTC Creo
• Previous experience of FloTherm
• Previous experience of telecom equipment, both central office and outdoor equipment
• As a person you are flexible, innovative and driven.
• You are structured and thorough.
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
