hela Sverige Together Tech AB is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing chassis metal components for the automotive industry, with extensive experience in CATIA, Teamcenter, or Enovia software.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop chassis metal components for the automotive industry
Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA software
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and solutions
• Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of designs
• Create and maintain bill of materials (BOMs) using Enovia or Teamcenter software
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mechanical design and automotive engineering
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering for the automotive industry, with a focus on chassis metal components
Proficiency in CATIA, Teamcenter or Enovia software
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and materials
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
