A day at the office
As our Senior Marketing Manager at Tobii Dynavox you will be a member of the global marketing team where your primarily will be responsible for creating marketing strategies and tactical communication plans and helping to drive commercial marketing projects, product launches and go-to-market strategies. You will provide global marketing support and be responsible for the development of effective brand marketing initiatives towards key target groups.

Your days will be filled with:
• Lead marketing planning for new product launches, existing products and brand campaigns.
• Drive the development and execution of integrated advertising, marketing, and promotional activities to help maximize leads and sales of the Tobii Dynavox portfolio.
• Experience with market research, digital data and analysis - interpreting data for use in shaping marketing campaigns and making actionable recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to identify and implement appropriate marketing and sales strategies and tactical plans.
• Liaise with international sales teams to provide local marketing and promotional support.
• Conduct evaluation of vendor solutions and manage assigned vendors.
• Help to monitor and complete requests flowing through the work order management system.
We are looking for someone who has
To be successful in this role, and at Tobii, we believe you have;
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
• 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience required (marketing, advertising or public relations background)
• Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices and processes. Experience in areas such as digital marketing, web, social media, marketing automation, and public relations preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, project management and execution skills with proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Swedish
• Experience with marketing content management and automation tools is a plus
