Over the years we have been growing and today we are working within the areas Automotive, Control Systems, Industry, Purchasing and Recruitment. This vacancy is positioned within the Recruitment area, which means you will be employed by our customer.
Adiga is now looking for a Sr Manufacturing Engineer to our customer within the automotive industry. The position is located in gothenburg.
In the role as Sr Manufacturing Engineer you are responsible for:
Change management:
• Secure that quality management-, environment-, health-, security-, and production aspects is considered in the change management system.
• Create, compile and evaluate plant consequence answer.
• Evaluate and secure that actual outcome of a change fulfills the estimated result.
• Secure that the plant process and manufacturing input is considered in all development projects.
• Lead the cross functional manufacturing meeting.
• Follow up and document that all department ha performed the tasks set on them.
Plant projects during implementation of new products and product changes:
• First issue of control documentation. - Process flow - P-FMEA - Controlplan - Work instructions - Packaging instructions
• Layout.
• Time studies.
• Bill of material (BOM).
• Responsible for the manufacturing elements of customer part approval (PPAP).
• Ensure that all process/APQP requirements are satisified.
Bill of process:
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the plant bill of process
• Communicate the bill of process information to the customer in projects.
Manage teams and projects in the plant related to:
• Process development
• Change management
• Reducing FMEA risks
• LEAN projects
• Layout and process flow changes
Equipment Purchase:
• Create equipment specifications.
• Lead the purchasing work together with purchasing department, secure that supplier follows the set demands and timings.
• Secure that the equipment fulfil the pland demands and standards.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the tooling and equipment standard for the plant.
Qualifications:
• B.Sc/M.Sc in relevant technical field.
• Several years of experience from working in a high volume automotive manufacturing environment.
• Fully conversant with automotive quality tools and systems like: TS16949, QS9000 and ISO14001.
• Knowledge about FMEA, PPAP and APQP.
• Managerial, technical & administrative skills.
